Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome; no previous experience necessary in any of the following practices:
- art, meditation, yoga.
What shall we explore?
- simple sketching techniques,
- free flow and static yoga poses
- moving to rhythmic music
- being in the present moment through meditation and stillness.
What is a potential benefit to participants? -
- Through the practices, we can tap into and connect deeply with our subtle (energetic) and physical body.
The effects of the practices can bring a stillness to the mind, offering the “space” within through increased spacious awareness, as well as releasing deeply held tensions lodged in both the physical and energy (psychic) body.
